Carlo brings nearly a decade of hospitality and sales expertise to ALICE. Prior to joining, he worked at Booking.com for five years, first as a Regional Account Manager, where he oversaw 400 accommodation partnerships across the Caribbean; and then as a Vacation Rentals Partner Manager, where he directed commercial relationships with Property Management and Vacation Rental companies.
Carlo will be responsible for spearheading market expansion in the Caribbean and Central America and is looking forward to helping hotels enhance their operations and communication with ALICE. “I am particularly excited about the opportunity to bring the kind of innovative solutions that Caribbean and Central American hotels need so much in their day-to-day operations,” says Carlo. “Many hotels are either running on ‘pen and paper’ or using several different systems for their daily management,” he notes. “With ALICE they will be able to repurpose that time to do what they do best: satisfying their guests.”
