Jean Roudy Aly named General Coordinator of the OMRH
Haitian President Jovenel Moïse has appointed his former Minister of Justice Jean Roudy Aly as General Coordinator of the Office of Management and Human Resources, an agency in charge of reform of public administration and the modernization of the state apparatus. Clearly, the appointments and recruitment of staff for the public service as well as the strategic plans for modernizing the State and implementing decentralization are the responsibility of Jean Roody Aly. Aly is replacing Josue Pierre-Louis who has occupied this position since 2017.
Other nominations on this March 31 include Rode Toussaint who is appointed Director General of the Ministry of Public Works Transport and Communications (MTPTC), Jean Marie Harry Salomon is appointed Deputy Director General of the Haitian Institute of Statistics and Information Technology (IHSI) and Michelet Comeau who is appointed Director General of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).
