In a letter sent to President Jovenel Moise this Thursday morning, Jean-Henry Ceant has finally submitted his resignation as Prime Minister. “I just read in the newspaper “Le Moniteur” the appointment of Mr. Jean Michel Lapin as interim Prime Minister to manage current affairs. Jean Michel Lapin appointed interim Prime Minister President Jovenel Moise has appointed Jean Michel Lapin acting Prime Minister “to manage current affairs while waiting for the formation of a new government”.
