Former Haiti National Police Chief arrested in St-Marc Investigative Judge Dieunel Lumerant ordered  former General Director of Haiti’s National Police, Godson Orelus, jailed  in St-Marc following  a hearing regarding shipment of illegal arms to the coastal town in 2016.
